What you can erase yourself, right now
In the app: Settings, then Your data, then Reset local data. That immediately erases everything the phone holds: the baby’s profile, the tracking, your diary and your settings. It is permanent and needs no account.
Deleting your account and the cloud copy
If you created an account to sync, write to support@eliobebe.com from the account’s address, with the subject Elio account deletion. Nothing else is needed: the sending address identifies the account.
Deletion is carried out within 30 days, and in practice much sooner.
What is deleted
- the account itself and its authentication credentials;
- the baby’s profile and all of its tracking: feeds, sleep, diapers, growth;
- your own parent entries (mood, load, sleep) and your diary;
- milestones and the photos attached to them;
- the list of formulas you had under watch;
- the link to a co-parent, if there is one.
What is kept, and for how long
- assistant usage counters (numbers of calls and tokens, never the content of your conversations), for up to 12 months, for billing and abuse prevention;
- purchase records held by Apple or Google, which the law requires them to keep and which we cannot erase. We never see your payment details.
Deleting only part of it
You do not have to close your account to erase data. Just say so in your message, for example “delete my photos and my diary, keep the account”. We handle it the same way.
